Honorable William C. Conner Inn of Court presents Three in One: Global Patent Trials.

This full-day CLE program of mock mini-trials will compare key patent law and patent practice issues in three countries – Germany, Japan, and the USA – including issues related to infringement, invalidity, and remedy surrounding a hybrid bio-mechanical medical device. SpencePC’s, William Cory Spence, will be moderating a panel on comparative law following the mock trials.
