Patent Docket Report for November 29, 2019
Docket Navigator put out a list of the most “Plaintiff Friendly” courts in the country. Check out Illinois, where 186 cases were won by the Patentee and 157 were won by the Patent Challenger, compared to other states on the list!
To create this list, Docket Navigator looked at contested Outcomes in Patent Cases in courts that had at least 20 cases with contested outcomes that terminated since 2016, and at least 20 unique Patentees asserting claims of infringement.
