Yan is a former in-house IP manager in China. She brings with her nine years of work experience in global IP protection and prosecution, IP strategy and IP management. She has extensive experience with helping companies to develop and execute strategic projects, maximize intangible assets, optimize IP portfolio and protection. Yan has received recognitions from international and national official organizations, such as WIPO and SAIC.
Yan received her Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering and MBA both with Honors in China, and her Master’s degree with Honors from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Nicha
received her bachelor’s degree from Thammasat Law School which is the most prestigious law school in Thailand. She recently graduated with her master’s degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law specializing in intellectual property law. Her academic and personal qualities earned her an internship at one of Thailand’s leading law firms, where she gained a wealth of experience in clerking, specifically drafting and managing legal documents as well as conducting legal research. She is highly interested in trademark and patent law.

Kristin has over twenty years’ experience in all aspects of complex litigation from case inception through appeal, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She regularly manages document productions of over 100,000 pages from collection to technical database work, prepares deposition and trial witness kits, and drafts privilege logs. Kristin has attended more than 25 trials, mediations, and arbitrations in many venues.
As a seasoned paralegal for large, complex cases, Kristin’s expertise encompasses all aspects of case and trial management. She has spent most of her career working in Intellectual Property with an emphasis on patent litigation.
